Command & Conquer Remastered on Mac OS using Codeweavers Crossover!

 Command & Conquer Remastered Collection

When it comes to running the original Command & Conquer : Tiberian Dawn, and it's prequel, Red Alert, there's quite a number of issues running the original games via EA App, or the EA Play service on Steam.  Until it comes to the newer Remastered Editions!  The Remastered Collection was developed for modern machines by Petroglyph and published by Electronic Arts.  The newer versions were released on June 5, 2020.  In the absence of being able to run the games on Mac OS manually, you can run them in the remastered collection using Steam.  This works using Steam running on Codeweavers Crossover on both the older Intel Macs as well as Apple Silicon Macs.

Before running the game on Steam, make sure that you installed Steam Correctly.  I have a full guide video on Installing Steam for you to reference

After installing Steam, make sure that the Steam Bottle has its Advanced Settings turned off.  Advanced Settings are special drivers being activated to aid in the running of more recent software.  Some software such as the Command & Conquer Remastered Collection is an exception to the general rule of needing Advanced Settings activated. So take a look at the pictures below for reference.

The outline on the right shows you where to find Advanced Settings for the Steam Bottle, or whatever Bottle you happen to be using.

Make sure all of your "Advanced Settings" are deactivated.  Especially if you previously ran an application which requires their activation on Steam such as Halo : The Master Chief Collection, Age of Empires II : Definitive Edition, or Age of Empires III : Definitive Edition.

With all of the above taken care of, you are ready to install and run The Remastered Collection!
A little video review and guide is available below for extra reference.
