    And so, in 1996, 3D Realms released the first person shooter, known as Duke Nukem 3D was released to the PC, with the over the top, wisecracking parody of the Hollywood Action Hero known as Duke Nukem having a game played in the first person after having two prior side-scrolling games released on PC prior.  The Atomic Edition of the first person shooter with an extra episode, was released, 20 years after the initial release in 2016, a new Special Edition with yet another episode was released, on Steam.  This version on Steam with the World Tour is the version being instructed on how to install it.
