Kaos Tutorials :The Elder Scrolls IV : Oblivion on Mac OS!
So, here is a guide to Installing and Running The Elder Scrolls IV : Oblivion on Mac OS using Codeweavers Crossover 24. This guide will be broken into Two Parts. The first part will focus on the installation, while the second part will focus on The Bethesda Audio Override. The Bethesda Audio Override involves putting in key files known as "dependencies" or "libraries" which failed to install when you were installing the Oblivion App in Crossover! Finally, there will be some gameplay demonstrations!
Installation
1) Download all of the installers for the GOG.com version of The Elder Scrolls IV : Oblivion.
2) Install the game, and choose the executable file which you downloaded from GOG.com as the installer instead of installing the game in Steam. If You Run the game in Steam, then Install it in Steam during this step instead!
3) Install the game from the GOG Installer as a Windows 7, 32-bit Bottle
4) Now proceed to the Bethesda Audio Override before playing the game!

Now, in wine configuration, access the libraries tab.
The Libraries to add in using wine configuration are as follows:
x3daudio1_6
x3daudio1_7
xaudio2_6
xaudio2_7
Copy and Paste each of these libraries' Titles, click "Add", and Then after repeating for all of the missing libraries files, click "apply" and "exit" to leave Wine Configuration and save the installed libraries.
There are two versions for how you perform the Bethesda Audio Override, depending on if you are using the Steam Version of the Game! If in Steam, then apply the Bethesda Audio Override to the Steam Bottle. If not, then apply it to the game bottle! Video guides are available in the links below.
After all of these steps are followed, you may run the game, which runs quite well! Here is an additional guide for the game itself!
